Let me guess, you are stuck, you are getting passed over again and again for promotions, you are going nowhere fast, you are frustrated that you are not growing, people don’t trust you, your resume is not HOT.
Are you that person? Are you waiting for your chance? Going back to college didn’t solve your problems? There is not enough training out there to get you to age 45 in experience? No one else has investment in you?
WHY IT IS SO IMPORTANT FOR ME TO TAKE ACTION!
I am Angelique Weiley Vuilleumier (Owner & CEO) of “The Bridge Venture” firm.
I specialize in healthcare supply chain mentoring and training programs. This mentoring & training results in job advancement/promotion, HIGHER PAYCHECKS, direct plans for building a supply chain from the bottom up, financial return on investment, visibility, trust/respect from leaders, and overall supply chain acumen.
I am so passionate about healthcare supply chain that I NEED to share all of my insight, knowledge and gifts with my clients. Clients will see an increase in salary, knowledge base, know how to lead key projects, have the tools to drive their supply chain forward, and bring HUGE value to their organization. I have been disheartened by the decline in these areas of business in the past decade – WE NEED MORE FUNCTIONING LEADERS!
The Bridge Venture is one of only a handful of firms that mentor on corporate culture, employee engagement WITHIN healthcare supply chain advertised on the worldwide web and around the world. I feel the urgency to talk to every leader, supply chain employee, and organization worldwide in my quest. The BENEFIT OF USING ME is my expertise in business and psychology.
I help leaders and organizations bridge the gaps between vision, strategy, and goals with the day-to-day operations. My biggest concern is the direction that organizations are going with regards to growth and productivity.
I feel that too many organizations today are worried about the bottom line and revenues only. Unfortunately, that leaves the true vision, strategy, environment, and people in the dust and the organization won’t thrive. Individuals have terrible mentorship and coaching as well. I would love to hear your story, but to start, here is mine.
Let’s Run An Example:
Job Quits Rate in the United States averaged 2.00 Percent from 2000 until 2023, reaching an all time high of 3.00 Percent in November of 2021 and a record low of 1.20 Percent in August of 2009.
Employee Turnover Costs Are:
16% of Annual Salary (Low Paying Jobs $30K per Year and Under)
20% of Annual Salary (Mid-Range Paying Jobs $30K-$50K per Year)
Up to 213% of Annual Salary (Highly Educated Exec. Positions $50K +)
EXAMPLE: Let’s Say Your Organization Has 100 Total Employees:
2% of You Employees Quit Every Month of 2023
24 Total Employees Leave Your Company in 2023
Let’s Say They Are ALL at the Mid-Range Salary Level at $40K Annually
That is $8,000 per Employee Turnover Cost
Grand Total Loss to Your Organization = $192,000
WOW! THAT EXAMPLE WAS FOR A SMALL COMPANY OF 100 EMPLOYEES!
DOES YOUR ORGANIZATION OF 100 EMPLOYEES HAVE $192,000 TO WASTE THIS YEAR?
I BELIEVE THESE NUMBERS ARE CONSERVATIVE!
NOW GO AHEAD AND CALCULATE YOUR NUMBERS! WHERE ARE YOU AT?

“CEOs and HR Managers should view The “Bridge Venture” program not as a luxury that the company may or may not afford, but as a necessity, which should be part of each employee’s training and development. It will not only increase morale, boost productivity and promote employee awareness of their role within the company, it will also reduce employment related claims and workplace misconduct.
Just as it is critical to invest in workplace technology and space, it is critical to invest and develop workplace culture which will promote positive values and clarify a company’s and its leadership’s vision. The “Bridge Venture” program is just the vehicle to do this. As a small law firm owner I recommend this program to every small and midsize business out there. “

Looking around the professional industry, I am tired of the lack of programs out there to help professionals tackle tough issues and implement awesome ideas with peers in the industry. Healthcare supply chain can lean on GPOs or other organizations to get PIECES of the puzzle but not the entire picture. Starting and growing a new supply chain is a constantly changing role for the leader, and will be isolating at times. It taxes the skills, knowledge, and abilities of every leader. LinkedIN groups provide support to employees and leaders, helping them gain wisdom from the collective experience of the members and sharing the common joys and challenges of the position itself.
So I started a LinkedIN group focused on learning to make better decisions as a group, get better results and outcomes, and become better leaders. Peer groups help any business become more financially viable through the power of working collaboratively with other peers who have already been there and done that. If a company isn’t being as profitable as it should be, or it’s putting money into areas that offer little return, a peer group can assist in recognizing and resolving these issues, and enable the business to grow again.
I am the advisor of the our group and are here with the intention to listen and keep the group moving forward, give my suggestions as needed, and keep the group talking. I ask the tough questions to get to the root causes of the challenges and help the groups work through their struggles in their industry. Peer groups give professionals opportunities to explore solutions to everyday problems without the emotional connection that typically serves as a roadblock in decision-making.
For Years, I have been a mentor and role model to hundreds of employees and management teams from small to large healthcare organizations.
Now I have created my best selling leadership development program “The Bridge,” an 8-Week course designed for leaders and employees alike to learn all necessary techniques to become a VERY successful leader in healthcare supply chain.
This program I have put together will take any employee and help them rebuild an entire supply chain department. It will also innovate any manager or leader to look at their current team, project or process and truly call for change. This will help you get your journey started on the right foot!
